3. Assumptions and Projections

5. Third-Party Data Accuracy

Account balances, transaction data, and account metadata displayed on the Platform are provided through third parties such as Plaid and your linked financial institutions. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, timeliness, or reliability of this data. Plaid data synchronization may lag behind actual bank postings by one to two days. You should verify all financial data against your official account statements before relying on it for decision-making.

6. Document Validation Limitations

Documents uploaded to the Document Center undergo structural validation (file type, size, format, and filename safety checks). This validation confirms that a file meets basic structural requirements but does not constitute a malware scan or a guarantee that the file is free of malicious content.

You are responsible for scanning all files with your own antivirus software before uploading. Reed Financial Lab is not liable for any damage caused by files you upload or download from the Platform.

Legacy documents uploaded before the implementation of structural validation are retained but marked as unverified.

7. No Guarantee of Results

Reed Financial Lab does not guarantee any particular financial outcome from using its tools, following its educational content, or participating in coaching sessions. Financial success depends on many factors, including your personal circumstances, market conditions, discipline, and actions — many of which are outside our control. Budget suggestions, spending categorization, and cash flow analysis are generated using automated rules and your transaction data. These tools may not capture all nuances of your financial situation. Transaction categorization may occasionally be inaccurate, and you should review and adjust categories as needed. Budget suggestions are informational only and do not constitute financial advice.
